Exalted Jupiter, India's 11th lord (gains), reaches India's natal Sun (the state) around 17 Oct, the week the WEO is due (Annual Meetings 12-18 Oct). BPHS ch. 65 (transit judged through ashtakavarga); Jupiter as karaka of wealth and growth (BPHS ch. 3). Against: Jupiter's own bindus in Cancer are only 4, and Jupiter in the 1st from the Moon is not a favoured position (Phaladeepika ch. 26).
