Darshan is a service of ITERNITY RESEARCH CORP., a federal corporation under the Canada Business Corporations Act (CBCA), number 17821271, operating from Brampton, Ontario, Canada.

Who we are

Darshan at lifekundali.com is a computed Vedic astrology product. Hindi and English, side by side. The company behind it is Iternity Research Corp in Brampton. That is the name that will appear on a card statement and on any receipt.

We are not a person named Darshan offering readings. We are not an “Astro Darshan” app.

What you are buying

Software. The engine computes a chart from the birth sky — Swiss Ephemeris, Lahiri ayanamsa, real timezone and daylight-saving history for the city you typed — and returns a document or a chat grounded in that chart.

The flagship is the Life Kundali booklet, shown at $24.99 CAD. Related tools include Ask the Chart, Vastu, Panchang, Naamkaran, Sky Certificate, Muhurta, Varshaphala, and Compatibility. Some of those are free. The rest carry their own price, shown on their own order page. The sample PDF is free. The daily panchang is free.

Self-serve in the page is instant. If you email birth details to us instead, we run the same engine and send the document back the same day.

You are not buying a consultation. You are not buying a human astrologer. Chat is with the computed chart, not with a person. A person who receives an email-in order runs the engine and sends the file. They do not interpret your life.

What this is not

A kundali is spiritual and reflective guidance rooted in the Vedic tradition. It is not medical, legal, or financial advice. It is not a substitute for a qualified professional in any of those fields. Major life decisions are yours to make.

The booklet is computed, not written to please. It never sells you fear. It does not promise that a period will “come true.”

Acceptable use

Use the product for your own chart, your family, or a chart you have a right to request — a child’s naamkaran, a couple’s match, a house you live in.

Do not use it to harass anyone. Do not scrape the engine. Do not resell our documents as your own product. Do not try to break the pages or flood the mailbox. Do not treat a computation as a licence to ignore a doctor, a lawyer, or a bank.

We can refuse or cancel an order that is abuse. If you paid and we refuse, we refund.

Your booklet, our engine

The engine, the wording, the page design, and the compilation of classical rules are ours.

The booklet about your sky is yours to keep, print, and share with your family. Save it. If you did not tick “email the booklet to me,” and you did not tick “keep a copy,” we do not have it after it is generated. We cannot send it again from a shelf we do not keep.

You do not get the engine. You do not get a right to white-label the output. Partnership for astrologers is a different page, and a different agreement.

Privacy

What we keep, and what we delete, is already written at lifekundali.com/privacy.html. These terms do not repeat it. Birth details are used once and deleted unless you tick a box. Ask the Chart sends a nameless fact sheet to Anthropic’s Claude API for wording only. Read that page. It is the one that governs.

Refunds

When we refund, when we recompute, and when we do not, is on the Refunds page. Read it before you pay. A short version: we make it right if we failed to deliver, charged twice, or computed the wrong sky because of our error. We do not refund because the reading was unflattering.

If something goes wrong

We are responsible for computing the sky correctly from the details you typed, and for delivering the document or session you ordered.

We are not responsible for a life decision made from a kundali. We are not responsible for a mistyped birth time you did not ask us to recompute. We are not responsible for mail we cannot recall once you asked us to email the booklet.

Canadian law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

How to reach us

order@lifekundali.com only. No phone. WhatsApp is not open.

That mailbox is product support — delivery, a wrong sky, a refund, a deletion request. It is not a reading.

Changes

If these terms change, the new text applies to orders placed after it is posted. An order already paid is held to the text that was up that day.
