How do I get help?

Write to order@lifekundali.com. That is the only mailbox. There is no phone. WhatsApp is not open.

Say what you ordered, what happened, and — if the sky looks wrong — the city and clock time you typed. We answer as product support. We will not interpret your chart over email. We will not rewrite a page to make it kinder.

Self-serve in the page is instant. Email-in orders go out the same day.

Is this a real astrologer?

No. Darshan is a computed chart, then wording from that chart. Every yoga, dosha, and dasha rule carries a citation. Chat is with the computed chart, not with a human astrologer.

If you email your details because you would rather not click through the form, a person runs the same engine and sends the file back. They do not give a reading. The product is fully automated. That is not a limitation we hide. It is the product.

The booklet is computed, not written to please. It never sells you fear.

Which Darshan is this?

Darshan — दर्शन, “the seeing” — at lifekundali.com, from Iternity Research Corp in Brampton, Ontario. A card statement or receipt that says ITERNITY RESEARCH CORP is us.

We are not an “Astro Darshan” app. We are not a desktop Kundli Darshan program. We are not an individual astrologer named Darshan. Same word, different house.

My PDF did not arrive

Three usual causes, all fixable:

• The download happened in the page and the browser ate it. Look in the downloads folder. Try another browser. Write to us if the file never appeared.
• You asked us to email it. Check spam for a note from us. If it is not there, write. If you did not tick “email the booklet to me,” we do not have a copy to resend — birth details are used once and deleted. We can recompute if you send the details again.
• The order was free or early, and the machine hiccuped. Write. We still owe you the document.

Payment failed — or I think I was charged

The card is taken by Stripe, on Stripe’s page. We never see a card number. Stripe never sees your chart.

If the charge failed, nothing is owed; try again or write to us. If you were charged twice, that is a refund. If you were charged when you were told the order was free, that is a refund. If nothing was taken because the order was free, there is nothing to send back; we still deliver the file.

Wrong city, wrong clock, wrong DST

The difference between a right chart and a wrong one is often minutes. The engine treats those minutes as sacred — real coordinates, real timezone, real daylight-saving history for the city you typed.

If we got the sky wrong — our engine, our timezone table, our city file — we refund a paid order, or we recompute at once. Your choice.

If you mistyped the date, time, or city, and the PDF was already generated, write as soon as you notice. One free recompute. After that, a new order is a new order.

Delete my data

Write to order@lifekundali.com and say so. A stored copy is deleted the day you ask.

Default is that nothing is kept. Birth details are used once and gone, unless you ticked “email the booklet to me” or “keep a copy” (encrypted, 24 months). The booklet itself is never kept either way. Timed chat sessions die when the window ends; an unopened session dies after 30 days.

I want a refund

Read Refunds first. Short version: yes, if we failed to deliver, charged twice, or computed the wrong sky because of our error. No, if you disliked the reading, found it unflattering, or it did not “come true.” We sell a computation, not an outcome.

Hindi or English?

Both. The Life Kundali is bilingual throughout — हिन्दी and English side by side, the way a family kundali should read. Ask the Chart can word answers in Hindi or Punjabi if you ask. Write to the same mailbox in either language.

Is my data used to train AI?

No. Your name, birth date, birth time and city are not used to train anything. They are not sold. They are not shared.

One product sends one thing off this machine: Ask the Chart sends your question. The answers are computed here. A wording step then turns the engine’s findings into readable prose. That step runs on Anthropic’s Claude API. What travels is the question you typed and a fact sheet of what the chart said — houses, degrees, dasha dates, the classical rule. Your name and birth details are not in that sheet. Every number that comes back is checked; one unsupported figure dumps the wording and prints the engine’s own English.

A charge I do not recognise

Look for ITERNITY RESEARCH CORP. on the statement. If it is us and it is wrong, write. If it is not us, it is not this Darshan.
