Refunds

Darshan is a service of ITERNITY RESEARCH CORP., a federal corporation under the Canada Business Corporations Act (CBCA), number 17821271, operating from Brampton, Ontario, Canada.

Short version

If we failed you, we put it right. If the chart is honest and you simply did not like what it said, that is not a refund. We sell a computation, not an outcome.

Two kinds of order

This page covers both, because the till and the engine are not the same switch.

A paid order. When a card or wallet is charged, payment runs through Stripe. Stripe never sees your chart. Life Kundali is shown at $24.99 CAD. Other paid tools carry their own price, shown on their own order page. The price on that page at the moment you pay is the price.

A free or early order. If nothing was taken from a card — because the order was given free, or because payment was not connected yet — there is nothing to send back. We still recompute if we got the sky wrong. We still deliver what we promised.

The sample PDF and the daily panchang are free. They were never charged.

We refund a paid order when

• We did not deliver the PDF or the session you paid for.
• We charged you twice for the same order.
• We computed the wrong sky because of our error — the engine, a timezone or daylight-saving table, or a city coordinate we hold.

Write to us. You can have the money back, or a correct document at once. That is your choice.

A delay on an email-in order past the same day we promised is a delivery failure. Self-serve in the page is instant: the document is in your hands minutes later. If that did not happen, it is a delivery failure too.

One free recompute, if the mistake was yours

If you mistyped a birth date, time, or city, and the PDF or session was already generated, write within seven days of delivery. We will recompute once, free, from the corrected details.

That is a courtesy, not a second product. After that, a new order is a new order.

We do not refund because

• you disliked the reading
• you found it unflattering
• a period “did not come true”
• you wanted a human astrologer, and this is not one
• you changed your mind after the PDF or session was delivered and opened

The booklet is computed, not written to please. The difficult placements stay in. That is the product.

Digital goods. Once the PDF or timed session has been delivered and opened, we do not treat “I changed my mind” as a refund.

Nothing on this page takes away a right you have under Ontario consumer protection law. Where that law gives you more than we promise here, it wins.

How to ask

Write to order@lifekundali.com. That is the only mailbox. There is no phone. WhatsApp is not open.

Tell us:

• the email or order code on the Stripe receipt, if you paid
• what you ordered
• what went wrong
• the birth city and the clock time you typed, if the sky looks wrong — we need those to check our tables, not to keep them

We answer as product support. We do not give a reading over email. We do not rewrite a chart to make it kinder.

If your order was free, write the same way. We cannot refund a charge that was not taken. We can still send the document, or recompute it.

Chargebacks

If a charge is disputed with the card issuer, we send delivery logs — that the PDF or session was generated and opened — and we stop there. We do not argue with a customer in public.

Your data on a refund note

Birth details in a refund letter are used to check the order, then handled as the Privacy · Terms · Refunds · Support page already says. Default is deletion. We do not keep them to fight you.
